Myrorna is looking for a down-to-earth retail star who wants to enhance the customer experience in-store! We are seeking someone who wants to create optimal customer interactions, is driven by sales results, and wants to develop visually exciting in-store communication for a 130-year-old brand.

Myrorna is looking for a retail specialist who will lead the development of the customer experience and visual expression in our 32 physical stores. You will work at the intersection of communication and sales, tasked with strengthening our brand and creating an inspiring shopping experience. You will be part of the marketing department, report to the marketing manager, and work closely with sales in the development of store concepts.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the entire process, from store concept to finished visualization. Create environments with a clear focus on customer journey, brand, and commercial goals.
• Create and implement guidelines for all store communication and deliver originals for print.
• Generate creative ideas for new collaborations and campaigns to increase visitor numbers.
• Further develop our visual identity and ensure its adherence.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of documented experience in leading and driving store development with proven impact on sales.
• Excellent understanding of how customer flows, in-store communication, and visual identity affect conversion rates and sales in physical retail.
• Good knowledge of graphic design and visual identity.
• Creative, self-driven, and structured, with the ability to manage complex projects from idea to execution.
• Solid experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and knowledge of 3D programs is a plus.
